Sign up fee (everyone pays this) $10

Nightly fee: includes bed+3 meals $89 night
Children aged 3-17 years $77 night
Children 2 & under free

Saturday Events Only:
includes lunch & dinner + all the fun! $60 each

Everyone needs to bring their own bedding and towels! (Bedding can be rented for $8 if you forget.)

Fees: to be paid by June 30th please.

Extra Activities such as horse back riding, canoeing, rope climbing, etc. to be priced when numbers interested in signing up are determined.

Important Things to Remember

The ranch is on 8.5 km gravel Hydro road. We recommend that you book a one night stay if you plan on just attending the Saturday events!

We will have a liquor license for this event, but will not be providing the liquor. Please bring wine or beer if you wish. It will need to be placed in the dining hall kitchen, not left in the lodges.
Cars will be checked before leaving to ensure safe driving. If you are not spending the night at the Ranch, and if you have been drinking, you MUST have a designated driver.

NO pets allowed except guide dogs.

The $10 sign up fee charged will be for required insurance, liquor license costs, prizes,etc. and also to help fund anyone wanting to attend but who is on a limited budget. Please contact lani@gaspereunion.ca for further information.
